The Honor 5X is a mid range phone that will have all the features that you so desire from your smartphone. Starting at a price of $200, which would not be too much of a pocket pinch once you know the features, the Honor 5X will be a hit once it reaches the US stores, particularly among those buyers, who have a budget restriction.
Huawei is the producer of the Honor 5x. The Chinese smartphone maker also helped to produce the Nexus 6P, which was quite well received.
The phone combines economy with style and power as well. The outer design looks simple but classy, with its metal chassis and its 5.5 inch screen. The display is supportive of content of at least 1080 pixels. The phone allows you to use GSM sim cards, both in Nano and Micro ones, so that your hassles of using a SIM adapter or walking up to a store to get the SIM replaced is not really required anymore.
As seen in the picture, the Honor 5X sports an aluminum chasis. The phone looks rather classy and sleek as well. With a rear camera of 13MP and a front camera of 5MP, taking pictures, be it sharing selfies or pictures of anything you see around.
Under the skin, the phone provides midrange specifications. It comes with a Snapdragon 615 processor, which is in now way, disappointing. It allows you to run a variety of tasks together and prevents your phone from slowing down. To add to the processing power, the device provides you with 2GB RAM. The on board storage is 16 GB and it can be expanded, which makes up for the low internal memory provided.
The phone also comes with a whole lot of customization done on the user interface, which in the case of the Honor 5X is the Emotion UI. Under the UI, it would be running the Android 5.1 OS.
