Over the past several years, Samsung has been among some of the biggest names the world of technology has ever seen. The Korean tech giant has been expanding like no other, and has been diversifying into the markets like never before. With the smartphone revolution, the company has now managed to gain a deeper, bigger edge into the markets, and with the Samsung Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge out into the markets, the company has taken a major leap forward in the world of technology. In recent news, Evan Blass, one of the most popular tipsters has posted an image of a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Olympic Edition device on Twitter.
This Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Olympic Edition device will come out to commemorate the Rio Olympics, which will be held between the 5th of August to the 21st of August this year. Samsung, in the past, has been known to be coming out with such devices from time to time. Last year, the company released the ‘Iron Man’ Edition of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge device, and earlier this year, the company released the Batman Edition of the S7 Edge.
It is now expected that the company would be releasing the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Olympic edition device. The device comes out with a black body, with golden accents. An Olympic logo has been spotted at the back of the device, as well as on the boot screen.
Based on the company’s past special edition devices, it is also being expected that Samsung would be releasing this phone with some pre-installed apps which are significant to the Olympics. At the moment there are no details about the device, but it is expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Olympic Edition device is likely to be priced in at a premium price.
