10th of November is the day we’ve all been waiting for. The year 2015 is going to be quite a revolution in the world of gaming as some of the biggest titles are expected to come out this year.
However the anticipation for no game is as big as it is for the Fallout 4, a game we all have been waiting for, for over half a decade now.
The last game in the fallout series came out in 2007, an since then the world at large has been kept waiting for the next release.
At one point of time it looked that it would not happen and that Bethesda has actually cancelled the plans and the project has been canned.
Then again there would be rumors churning off the rumor mill that would indicate that there is indeed something that is about to happen. While one would get excited, the company would put on their poker face and would not even comment on anything. It was a very confusing and a tricky time.
Fallout, which is based on a post-apocalyptic world, is all set to come out on the 10th of November now. This announcement was quite unexpected, and was actually a surprise when it came. While Bethesda had tricked the gamers into believing that they will not be coming out with the Fallout 4 game, by releasing a trailer for DOOM at the E3, the final day of the conference saw them pull the cat out of the bag! The bunny was pulled out of the hat! Lo and behold, Fallout 4 was announced at the E3, and in what an amazing fashion, too.
The game is going to be on the same theme. However, what is the most attractive feature about Fallout series of games, right since their inception in the 1980s is the fact that the company has come out with a very intriguing storyline.
A post apocalyptic world based in the 22nd century! What is even more appealing is the fact that this world has graphics which feature the 60s and the 70s. The look and feel of the game is old while the technology is modern. These kinds of graphics have been named ‘retro-futuristic’ graphics and Fallout has mastered the art of coming out with such effects.
The world of gaming has seen several changes and Fallout series has been the one which has been leading them. Bethesda has managed to pull off quite a huge thing with this, and we expect the Fallout 4 to cause ripples in the world of gaming. What are your opinions on the game? Are you waiting for it to release?
