Apple has been a company which has been progressing in rapid leaps and bounds over the last few years, and has been coming out with innovations which have changed the way we know the world of technology to be. One of the newest generation of offerings from Apple is that of the Apple TV, and the company is now working on improving their offering in the markets of streaming video service.
The Apple TV is soon expected to get voice based dictation features, and the third beta of the tvOS 9.2 comes with a voice dictation feature. This feature is basically a dictation feature, where the users can now dictate to siri for searches, instead of having to type it out in the past. After this update, it is now being expected that the users will be able to dictate in almost any field instead of typing it.
This will eliminate all the swiping and the scrolling, and the typing, making it a much smoother and a faster process. The tvOS 9.2 Beta 3 also brings in many other features, such as the ability to search the App Store from anywhere in the Apple TV interface. Users just need to press the siri button and speak the commands.
Support for the iCloud photos library as well as the Live Photos is also being added to the Apple TV with this new update by the company. Several design improvements are also expected to be a part of this device. The app switcher, most noticeably is getting these design changes.
However, all the aforementioned features are expected to be a part of the official public launch, but that has not happened as of now. The iOS 9.2 Public version will be releasing on a later date, and as of now only the developers and the beta testers have an access to these services from Apple.
