Microsoft has been a company which comes out into the markets with many new and improved features for their devices from time to time. Talking about these ‘devices’ of Microsoft, the company has been a rather new entrant when it comes to the world of hardware technology. Microsoft’s hardware ventures are rather new when it is compared with other established names in the markets. The company has been trying hard to build their Mobile Phone division as a major market player, but has been facing several setbacks in the process. Microsoft Corporation is now working on fixing this issue, and will be releasing a new device which is expected to help them progress further in the markets – the Surface Phone.
The Microsoft Surface Phone has been in the news for quite a while, and while many are still wondering if the device will ever actually get a release, or is it a figment of our imaginations, it now looks like it is indeed going to come out.
During an interview, Microsoft’s CMO, Chris Capossela commented saying that their mobile phone division needs a ‘spiritual equivalent’ of the Surface series of devices. Microsoft is expected to release the Surface Phone with high-end features, and is probably going to tag it as a ‘business class’ offering.
The company is looking forward to occupy the space in the markets that Blackberry used to occupy at one point of time and has been focusing heavily on devices which are aimed at business users and are loading their devices with productivity apps.
Microsoft is expected to release the Surface Phone with incredible features, such as 6 to 8GB of RAM and a massive 500GB internal storage. The device is expected to come out with many such features and the Surface Phone is anticipated to come out in the October of the year along with other Surface releases.
