KitKat Android 4.4 has become successful likely with the help of the release in recent months of a number of handsets, particularly the Galaxy S5 from Samsung. Other devices also released include phones from HTC and LG plus from Motorola. Android 4.4 KitKat was released near October last year.
However, Galaxy Note 3 did not receive the update until the end of March in 2014. There are rumors of a mid-July release for KitKat update Android 4.4.3 on the Galaxy Note 3.
It is thought that the update will be pushed to most of the International and Korean variants before spreading to major carrier versions across different regions of the world. However, no official sources have confirmed this release window for the Galaxy Note 3. If these location things prove to be true, it could possibly be to see all Galaxy Note 3 devices getting the 4.4.3 update by the middle of August.
Moreover, the Note 3 users on AT&T might have reasons to celebrate, as they will be expecting to see the Android 4.4.3 on their devices, before the end of Summer.
The source behind the news for this rumour says that it is possible that this update could be hitting devices faster than previous versions because it’s just a bit of an incremental update.
This source has also alleged that the update will also update some of the features of the Samsung Galaxy S5 to the Galaxy Note 3. Getting various features on the Galaxy Note 3 could be a priority for Samsung, and that may be the reason why the update is probably coming to the Note 3 very soon.
At TheREM, we will definitely let you know when these rumors are discarded or accepted as some reality.
