Motorola’s success story in the markets revolves primarily around their Moto series of smartphones, the Moto E, Moto G, Moto X and Moto Z (Moto M has been the latest addition to the series). Motorola introduced the Moto Z smartphones last year as their premium smartphones. The phones were well received and banked heavily on their Moto Mods, which offered a great deal of customization that the users could make good use of. In a latest update, the Moto Z 2017 smartphone has been spotted in two new leaked renders, as seen below:
The first image is the typical image of the phone that companies tend to use as press photos. The picture shows the phone’s front portion where we can see the large screen, front facing LED flash, as well as the front camera. An oval fingerprint sensor too has been placed at the bottom of the screen. The phone features the volume rockers and the power button on the right side. While the current assumption is that the phone in picture is the Moto Z 2017 smartphone, but it can be the Moto Z Force or the Moto Z Play as well.
Last years’ Moto Z was announced in June and we expect a similar, summer release for the Moto Z 2017 as well. The second image showcases the Moto Z 2017 phone along with a moto mod. The moto mod that is seen in the image converts the phone into a proper gaming device!
Current speculations indicate that the Moto Z 2017 will release with a Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB or 6GB of RAM along with storage space going up to as much as 128GB. The display is likely to be 5.5 inched QHD display, but more on that once the specs are announced. If we go by the pictures, the upcoming Motorola flagship, the Moto Z 2017 does look quite impressive.
