Sometime earlier in the year, around the month of March, some photos leaked by an insider to Foxconn had been released.
These pictures were those of screenshots of a Computer made design of the iPhone 6.
Computer made design revealed a camera lens which was slightly protruding – something that had never been done by the iPhone line up before.
Along the same lines, last week, more pictures were leaked, further contributing to the protruding lens theory surrounding the iPhone 6. These images were Computer Aided Designs as well – they also showed the placement of buttons on the phone.
The images were related to the iPhone 6 4.7 inch version and both the prototypes of the 5.5 inch version.
However, what we see now as leaked images are not computer made pictures but real photographs taken by FoxConn insiders. This does not ensure authenticity and must not be considered as a true claim; chances are really high that it could be faked, misleading the readers.
It would be safe to only consider these pictures as possibilities of the device to look like this, if all the rumors are true and are realized on the phone.
The pictures depict a device which claims to be an iPhone 6, leaked by one of the most important parts manufacturers of Apple. The phone is seen to be missing the iPhone label, the Apple Logo and the FCC tag and is apparently still in the final stages of manufacturing.
The only thing in the device that really makes us think of an iPhone 6 is the protruding camera lens, just as rumors had proclaimed.
It is worth noticing that the buttons on the phone have also been differently placed. The phone has its power button relocated in this model. The iPhone 6 is also expected to come with a reversible USB cable, further adding to the convenience of users.
With the release date pegged around 9th September, not much time is left to make any major changes in design and if the leaks are authentic, then these pictures would definitely be true depictions of the iPhone 6.
