Leap Wireless International, Inc. (NASDAQ:LEAP) got a boost on Monday as AT&T Inc. has decided to acquire much smaller rival Leap Wireless for about $1.2 billion in cash, in a move aimed at shoring up the telecom giant’s access to the airwaves it needs to offer mobile service. The deal values Leap shares at $15 each, representing about 88% premium to the company’s ending price Friday.

NII Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:NIHD) and United States Cellular Corporation (NYSE:USM) were also on watch Monday after Leap deal.

Power Integrations Inc (NASDAQ:POWI) gained sharply as has lifted second-quarter forecast for revenues and gross margin.

Broadwind Energy Inc. (NASDAQ:BWEN) rallied as the company declared $87 million in tower orders from a U.S. wind turbine manufacturer.

Inteliquent Inc (NASDAQ:IQNT) was on gaining track as the company now expects revenue for fiscal 2013 to be in a range of $215 million to $225 million, compared to prior estimate of $200 million to $210 million. Analysts surveyed by Thomson Reuters expect see revenues of $205.68 million for fiscal 2013.

Acura Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACUR) has recently declared a second generation prototype formulation of its methamphetamine-resistant IMPEDE technology with pseudoephedrine hydrochloride yielded no measurable amount of crystal meth (the street name for the illicit drug methamphetamine hydrochloride) when processed in the direct conversion or one-pot method.

Yingli Green Energy Hold. Co. Ltd. (ADR) (NYSE:YGE) jumped as the company has expanded the coverage of the JET PVm Certification (“Certification”) to now include the majority of its multi- and monocrystalline PV modules for the Japanese solar market .
